End User License Agreement

By accessing or using the Bill Payment Portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Restrictions

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the payment processor's services. All payment transactions are subject to the payment processor's terms and conditions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this Agreement.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
